Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Optimization: Develop and execute SEO strategies, including on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, meta-tagging, and URL structuring for optimal search engine performance.
• Socialmedia Management :Manage social media platforms by creating and scheduling content for recurrent posting, ensuring consistency and alignment with SEO strategies and company branding. Engage with followers, monitor interactions, and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO auditing tools to continuously improve organic rankings and site usability.
• Page Speed Optimization: Improve page load times, reduce bounce rates, and optimize core web vitals using various caching and performance-enhancing techniques.
• Content Strategy Support: Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to implement SEO-driven content strategies, ensuring high-quality and relevant content is produced.
• WordPress Management: Oversee the management, customization, and optimization of WordPress websites, including contents, plugins, and CMS GUIs.
• CMS Development: Ensure seamless integration of custom functionalities within WordPress, managing content hierarchies, page structures, and user interfaces for a better content management experience.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: 0-2 years of experience managing contents at production-grade quality and working on SEO strategies for high-traffic websites.
• SEO Mastery: Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), advanced knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and technical SEO (schema markup, canonicalization, etc.).
• Web Performance Optimization: Strong understanding of page speed optimization techniques and tools (e.g., GTMetrix, PageSpeed Insights).
• Analytical Mindset: Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, and proficiency in using data to drive SEO and content decisions.
• Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly resolve technical issues affecting the website or SEO rankings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with WordPress multisite installations preferable.
• Familiarity with server-side technologies (e.g., Apache, NGINX) and their impact on SEO and performance.
• Experience with structured data and schema markup implementation.
• Knowledge of mobile SEO optimization and AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages).
